We cannot guarantee exact delivery times for our orders. Delivery takes place between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., depending on your chosen delivery option.
All orders placed before 14:00 on working days and before 12:00 on Saturday for same-day delivery will be delivered between 09:00 and 18:00, provided a florist is still available.
Funeral orders placed at least 24 hours in advance on weekdays will be delivered before the requested time.
If the recipient or their neighbour is not present at the time of delivery, the florist will, if possible, leave a message in the mailbox so that the recipient can contact the florist for a new delivery.
Flowers directly from the grower
If you have ordered flowers for delivery by a courier, you will receive a tracking code from the courier service once the order has been processed. Track the status using your tracking code on their website. You can find the details in the email you received from the courier service. Please note: the email may also end up in your spam folder.
Please be aware that delivery may, in rare cases, vary from 1-2 working days from the desired delivery date.
Deliveries in most of the European countries will take place the same day of placing the order. For countries outside of Europe, deliveries will be on the following day. This will also be mentioned specifically when placing an order. Please note that you currently do not receive confirmation when it is delivered. We are working to improve this process and apologize for any inconvenience.
