You have the option to choose a fixed delivery date for your bouquet. This allows you to schedule your delivery according to your recipient's availability or special occasion.
Time Guarantee:
While we offer the flexibility to choose a delivery date, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Our florists will always strive to deliver during standard business hours, especially for deliveries to companies. For bouquets that come straight from the grower and are delivered by a courier, the delivery timeframes are determined by the courier.
Funeral Orders:
For funeral orders, we prioritize timely delivery by ensuring that they are delivered before the desired delivery time. To avail of this service, it's recommended to place your order at least 24 hours in advance on working days.
Special Delivery Instructions for Florist Orders:
While specific delivery time requests cannot be accommodated for courier products, we do offer the option to provide special delivery instructions for florist orders. During the ordering process, you can include any specific instructions that the florist should be aware of when delivering the bouquet. They will do their best to fulfil these instructions, however, are not guaranteed.
